Prior to joining Heron Bay Capital Management, Tammy was the Operations Manager at NorthPointe Capital, LLC. There she successfully led all daily operational aspects in the Human Resources Department, managed and evaluated company policies and procedures, handled all areas of accounting, including preparation and distribution of the company’s quarterly financial packets and preparation of the annual budget. She also worked closely with clients in issuing their monthly performance packages, due diligence questionnaires and resolving any issues that arose.

How do you view your role at Heron Bay Capital Management?
My role is multi-faceted but grounded in my desire to support the team at Heron Bay and their clients. I am often the person that clients speak to when they have an urgent matter at hand. For that matter, I am often the person that the team at Heron Bay turns to for strategic projects, client engagement, and operations. It feels good to be a part of such a focused team that puts clients first.
